The passenger
management module maintains information on your passengers for flight
bookings, tracking and reporting.
Some of the
features of the passenger management include:

Unique passenger ID for each new passenger entered.

Passenger
information database including
emergency contacts and passport information.

Passenger special medical, allergy and preferences
appear on your trip itineraries.

Allows
entry of passenger class and company identification.

Manage credit
card information.

Search your
passengers by name, system ID, telephone number, passport number
or company.

Automatically
compare against the latest no-fly list.
Booking Passengers
and Managing Flight Bookings
The
passenger booking modules provide a method of locating, booking
and removing passengers from flights.
Some
of the features of the passenger booking include:

Locate
a passenger using either a passenger ID number, first or
last name, telephone number, passport number or company.

A
search menu will allow you to choose from a list of passengers
with the same last name or all the passengers from the same
company.

Search
for all available flights from an origin to destination on a
specific date. The
system will also display stopover flights.

A
graphical seat chart displays the seat availability, as
well as seats booked. The system assigns a unique confirmation number and a summary of the
passenger booking is displayed at the bottom of the form.

Passengers
are booked with a single mouse click. The system will warn you if
a passport expiry date has passed and also provides the option to
enter passenger or customer billing codes.

The
booking management screen displays your passengers flight bookings
and allows you to remove them from flights.

Various
reports including itineraries and trip reports.
